Ingredients
  • 200g avocado flesh ( about 2 avocados)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 100克/3.5盎司65-70%黑巧克力条
  • 85g/3oz Dutch cocoa powder
  • 50克德米拉拉或红糖
  • 1 tbsp honey ( like麦卢卡蜂蜜),optional
  • ½ tbsp baking soda
  • 一撮海盐片
To serve:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/360F.Grease with a little olive oil a 8"baking pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of boiling water.Once melted,让它凉快一点。
  3. Add the avocado flesh into a mixer,然后放入鸡蛋,香草和水。Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  4. Add in sugar,cocoa powder,honey if you like and a pinch of sea salt.Mix all ingredients,加入小苏打,搅拌至刚好混合。

Notes
